WR Client - License Agreement

www.world-results.net Ltd WR Client Software/Subscription License Agreement - Version 1.00

This is the www.world-results.net Ltd WR Client subscription license agreement. This subscription license agreement is made between you and www.world-results.net Ltd. By installing the WR Client software you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

1. www.world-results.net Ltd reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement at any time. www.world-results.net Ltd will email any of these changes to you via email before they become affective. By continuing to use the sotware after the new changes take affect, you accept the changes and agree to be bound by such changes.

2. www.world-results.net Ltd hereby grants you a non-exclusive right and license to use the software and the service that it makes use of for the period that you have purchased a subscription for. All right, title and interest in and to the software and any enhancements or updates shall remain with www.world-results.net Ltd.

3. This agreement is valid from when the software is installed until the subscription you have purchased ends or whenever you remove the software from your computer(s) whichever is the later date.

4. www.world-results.net Ltd has the right to terminate this agreement and the subscription you have purchased without refund if any of the conditions in this agreement are breached by you. This includes not making payment for a subscription.

5. The WR Client software is provided "as is". www.world-results.net Ltd will not be held liable to you for any loss of use, interruption of service or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, and/or consequential damage of any kind (including lost profits) regardless of the form of action.

6. www.world-results.net Ltd can terminate this agreement and your subscription at any time. You will be given a refund of the part of the subscription that you have not yet received from the day the agreement is terminated.

7. You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and upon the reasonable request of www.world-results.net Ltd, defend www.world-results.net Ltd and its staff from and against all costs, loss, liability, damages, claims or expenses, including attorneys fees and costs arising out of alleged claims, demands, or actions for services sold, offered for sale, or otherwise made available for public of private consumption.

8. The software and key file are made available to you only. You may not distribute these to any other people or groups.

9. Neither the software, nor the service it uses to retrieve its data, nor the key file may be altered or de-compiled or deconstructed or used in any other way than was intended. The service may not be accessed in any other way than with the WR Client software.

10. You may not sell or give information viewable with this software to any third parties.

11. Although every care has been taken in creating this software and even though we don't expect any problems, www.world-results.net Ltd can not accept any responsibility or liability for damage to computers where the software is installed. You are recommended to virus check any downloads and take care in general to protect yourself against any potential risks. MD5 hashes have been made available alongside the software downloads to protect you, so please use these if possible. The software is easily installable and can be easily removed by removing the directories described in the manual. www.world- results.net Ltd also accepts no responsibility for errors in the data, although every care has been taken to present accurate data.

12. Although www.world-results.net Ltd strives to update and add to its data promptly, you are not entitled to data updates within a certain period of time.

13. Although www.world-results.net Ltd strives to keep its data free of errors, www.world-results.net Ltd does not accept liability of any sorts when it comes to the quality of the data it provides through the WR Client software.
